Graphic Designer

Head Office
Full-time
Permanent employee

Your mission

We’re looking for an exceptional Graphic Designer who blends creativity with strategy and craft with curiosity. You’ll be the visual storyteller to help us communicate the brand values, services, and experiences of MARCHON in the UK home market, and emerging international markets UAE, AUS and US. This is a rare opportunity to shape and scale a visual identity across four strong verticals that fuel and are anchored in training — working directly with the Creative Director, Head of Content and CMO to create work that is distinctive, meaningful, and globally recognised.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Development

  • Translate brand guidelines into cohesive, contemporary design assets across all touchpoints.

  • Elevate our visual identity while ensuring consistency across regions, platforms, and formats.

Digital & Content Design

  • Create high‑impact creative for social channels, campaigns, landing pages, email, and paid media.

  • Design presentations, worksheets, workbooks, and training materials that enhance learning and engagement.

  • Craft compelling storytelling visuals — infographics, diagrams, frameworks, and branded content.

Product & Experience Design

  • Contribute to the look and feel of our training verticals and secondary brand campaigns.

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to design assets that elevate content quality and brand perception.

Creative Leadership & Collaboration

  • Bring a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset — always pushing for smarter, cleaner, more effective design.

  • Collaborate closely with the CMO and creative partners to ensure the brand remains fresh, relevant, and world‑class.

  • Guide freelancers, illustrators, and external creatives when needed.

Your Experience

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

A Strategic Designer

  • You understand not just how to design beautifully, but why it matters.

  • You think in systems, not one‑offs.

Creator with Craft

  • You bring exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.

  • You love typography, balance, hierarchy, and aesthetics as much as concept and storytelling.

Digitally Fluent

  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite + Figma (or equivalent).

  • Strong across both static and motion design (basic motion skills a big advantage).

Comfortable with Pace & Ambition

  • You thrive in founder‑led companies: fast feedback loops, high standards, and plenty of ownership.

  • You enjoy building — not inheriting — world-class design.

A Strong Communicator

  • You can articulate creative thinking clearly and confidently.

  • You’re collaborative, open, and thrive in a high‑energy, mission‑driven culture.

Non-Negotiables

  • 3–5 years in a graphic design role, ideally within a training, education, coaching, media, or fast‑growth brand.

  • A portfolio showcasing brand systems, digital content, and concept‑led design.

  • Experience working in high‑growth or entrepreneurial environments is preferred

  • Can commit to a minimum of 3 days in our Harpenden office per week

Why MARCHON?

MARCHON is the UK’s premium performance-lifestyle ecosystem, one brand that helps driven people train, fuel and dress for a life without limits. World-class coaching sits at the centre, backed by certified performance nutrition and movement-ready apparel, all amplified by our beacon gyms.

Founded by ex-England rugby player and CEO Ollie Marchon, the company has grown from a single HQ club to a true omni-channel offering: the Train app, a fast-scaling supplement line, and physical hubs that bring the experience to life.

We’re still small enough that every new teammate leaves fingerprints on the product, yet the momentum is real. Our 2026 plans are ambitious to say the least, as we make a step-change in evolving our ecosystem between training, supplements and apparel.

If you care about high standards, straight talk and making a visible impact, you’ll feel at home here. Join us while there’s still room to shape the journey.
