Front of House
Your mission
This is a part time role, working 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Be the front-of-house presence, bringing energy, personality, and great vibes to every interaction, whether it’s a quick coffee order or a longer chat with members
Serve consistently great coffee, shakes, and snacks, following the right processes, moving with pace, and keeping quality high even during our busy periods
Own the retail area, replenishing stock, keeping displays fresh and well merchandised, and confidently helping members find the right products
Build real relationships with members, getting to know people, remembering faces, and creating a space that feels social, familiar, and part of their routine
Keep the space looking its best, staying on top of cleaning, organisation, and presentation so it always feels welcoming, premium, and ready to go.
Your Experience
Experience in a customer-facing or front-of-house role (hospitality, retail, café or similar) — you’re comfortable dealing with people and know what good service looks like
Confident preparing drinks and handling food (or quick to learn and follow processes)
Comfortable handling transactions and using POS systems
Strong attention to detail — whether that’s how a coffee is made, how a display looks, or spotting when stock needs topping up
Able to stay organised and manage multiple things at once — serving customers, keeping the space clean, and restocking without dropping standards
You’re naturally friendly, confident, and love talking to people
